Thai Peanut Salad Dressing

Makes 1-1/2 cups

Delicious served over mixed greens with pea pods, bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, chopped peanuts and spicy grilled chicken.

8 fluid ounces Karo® Light OR Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 fluid ounces soy sauce
2 fluid ounces cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red crushed pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Stir corn syrup, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and crushed red pepper together in bowl with wire whisk until smooth.  Add cilantro.
