Asian Barbecue Glaze

Makes Makes about 1-1/2 cups

Sweet and savory.

8 fluid ounces Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
2 fluid ounces soy sauce
4 fluid ounces ketchup
2 tablespoons classic BBQ
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red crushed pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl.  Microwave for 1 minute to blend flavors.

Brush over grilled chicken, pork chops, flank steak or shrimp the last 5 minutes of cooking.  Serve with extra glaze.
